Bible Texts
It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. (Deuteronomy 31:8)
Reflect
I was getting up and around this morning and felt the call to write a devo. I keep a list of bible texts that strike me as I read the bible for instances just like this. I looked through my list and this seemed like the one I should use. I don’t know about you, but I can get burdened down by life here and around the globe. It is too easy to see the bad but overlook the good. But a verse like this can really pick me up and make me feel better. There are amazing things going on around the world! I witness in person the amazing things going on at Fjeldberg. Let us all know and keep our eyes, hearts and minds open to the amazing things God is doing and that He is always with us.
Pray
Ever present heavenly Father, thank you so much for always going before us and being with us. Open our hearts and minds to realize this. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
